1. Premier Practice Brokerage Service.  Our “Premier Practice” brokerage service offers you many advantages, including:
  • Low Commissions – our sliding scale commission structure results in the commission percentage decreasing as the sale price increases – providing significant savings for most sellers.
  • No Commissions on Concurrent Real Estate Sales.
  • Discounted 3-Method Practice Appraisals (valuations).
  • Non-Exclusive Brokerage Listing Agreements - allowing you to keep the option of selling your practice yourself our though another broker and owe us no commission if you do so.
 
2. Free Preliminary Practice Sale Consultation.  For sellers planning to sell their practices within the next 12 months, we offer a free preliminary consultation.  The consultation seeks to provide sellers with information such as: what their likely sale prices will be; how easy or difficult in might be to find a buyer for their specific practices; what type of buyers they'll need to find for their practices; hurdles or obstacles they may have to overcome for their specific sales, and more.   This free consultation services will not obligate you to use our brokerage service.
